Establishment of a landfill
General information
The owner of a landfill must notify the competent authority of the establishment of a landfill or a section of a landfill.
Prerequisites
The owner of a landfill must not dispose waste in the landfill before an inspection with a positive result has been carried out. She/he must comply with the respective state-of-the-art.
