Health-promoting substances

The owner of localised, natural occurrences (such as springs, bogs, mud or any other natural elements) may apply to the competent authority for approval as a health-promoting substance. The requirements for this must be satisfied. Authorised health-promoting substances must be analysed frequently and the results of these analyses must be submitted to the competent authority.
