Waste management - Federal State of Styria
Short description
The municipality is responsible for the collection and disposal of waste. The obligation to tender delivery is the obligation to relinquish the collection and disposal of waste to the municipality or to waste management organisations commissioned by the municipality. Entrepreneurs may apply for exemptions from the obligation to tender delivery by submitting a waste disposal concept. Any changes to this waste management concept must be notified to the authority.
