Power installations
Short description
An electrical installation may only be established, operated or changed with the authorisation of the competent authority. On request the authority may authorise the utilisation of third-party property for the performance of preliminary work for the installation of an electric circuit system. In order to utilise third-party property for installation or wiring purposes, the authority may decree the compulsory granting of rights to lay cables on a third-party property or dispossession.
