Submission of internal emergency plans
Short description
By official order of the competent authority, operators of particularly hazardous businesses or plants are obligated to draw up internal emergency plans, stating the actions within the business or plant, and submit them to the authority without being asked. The emergency plans must comply with the Community Law guidelines; they must be checked and, if required, revised every three years, as well as in the event of significant changes to the business.
