Brothels/brothel-like establishments

A brothel or brothel-like establishment may only be operated with the authorisation of the competent authority. The performance of prostitution is only permitted in authorised brothels or in private rooms, whilst the initiation of prostitution is only permitted in brothels and brothel-like establishments, as well as in other places specified by the municipality.
